A 4-Point Inspection for evaluates a home’s four critical systems:

  • Roofing– damage, leaks, signs of age
  • Electrical– hazardous, outdated panels and wiring (knob-and-tube, aluminum)
  • Plumbing– leaks, polybutylene or galvanized water lines
  • HVAC– age and functionality

It’s a very limited inspection for Insurance providers that assesses the age and condition of just these 4 components to help the insurance provider determine their risk.
