4-Point Inspection
Also known as “The Investor’s Special”, a 4-Point Inspection focuses on 4 key areas of the home:
- Roof
- Foundation
- Furnace + Air Conditioner
- Electric Panel
This inspection is for someone who just wants to know the condition of these items, since repairs on them can be very costly.
A 4-Point Inspection does not include:
- Inspection of any outbuildings, like a garage, shed, or barn.
- A Termite/WDI inspection, although that can be added if you like.
- Inspection of anything in, around, or on the home beyond those 4 items.
The cost of a 4-Point Home Inspection is:
$250 for 0-2,000 square feet
$350 for 2001-3000 square feet
$415 for 3001-4000 square feet
$500 for 4001-5000 square feet
